MAKESALE Delft 2023

Until December 2023, I had not yet sold my art in public. MAKESALE was the perfect opportunity to experience it for the first time and to meet local creatives. I felt very welcome and comfortable, although not at ease; my brain was running on 200% trying to make the most out of the evening, and still time flew by in a blink of an eye.

I’d say the best part was seeing familiar faces on the crowd and friends that made time to say hello. It was also the moment I realized people really resonate with The Soukis, my passion project for a storybook. It was a very rewarding evening that taught me many lessons on how to proceed as an independant artist.
